Delete your account
You can ask for your Apexx account and the data tied to it to be deleted here. Deletion is not instant: it waits 14 days, and until then you can cancel it (the game calls this VAZGEÇ) and get your account back.
How it works
- Prove it is youIf you linked your account to Google in the game, sign in with the same Google account.
- ConfirmPress and hold the red button for 2 seconds.
- Wait 14 daysYour account closes right away: duels, the shop and rewards stop. While you wait, your name can still appear on the ranking lists; when the 14 days are over, the deletion job (it runs once a day) deletes the account and your name leaves the lists. Until then, VAZGEÇ (cancel) reopens it exactly as it was.
Which way is for you?
- Your account is linked to Google: delete it from this page with the button below. You do not need your phone.
- You sign in with Play Games: delete it inside the game (see “Delete inside the game” below). Your Play Games identity cannot be checked on this page; when you reinstall the game your account comes back by itself.
- You never linked your account (guest): your identity lives only on your phone, so you delete inside the game. If you cannot reach your phone, see “If you cannot reach the game”.

No game account is linked to this Google account
This Google account is not linked to any game account. Your account may be linked to Play Games or to another Google account, or it is a guest account that was never linked. You can try another Google account or delete inside the game.
Please sign in again
So that nobody else can delete your account, you must have signed in within the last 5 minutes. Sign in again; the deletion then continues by itself and you do not need to hold the button again.
Could not connect
We got no answer from the server. Try again to see whether your request went through; sending it again does not delete your account twice.
The sign-in window did not open
Your browser blocked the pop-up. Allow pop-ups for this site, then try again.
Your last race is still being recorded
Deletion can continue once the race result is written to the server. Wait a few seconds and try again.
We could not verify your sign-in
Your sign-in is not valid or has expired. Sign in again.
The waiting time is over
The 14-day wait has ended. Your account is being deleted and cannot be reopened.

Sign-in is not available right now
The sign-in component did not load or is closed for this address. Check your connection and try again. If that fails, delete your account inside the game or write to us.
Delete inside the game
Open the game on your phone (it needs an internet connection). This works for every kind of account; a guest account can only be deleted this way.
- On the home screen tap the gear icon in the top bar: AYARLAR (Settings) opens.
- Go to the very bottom, to the HESAP (Account) section, and tap HESABI SİL (Delete account).
- Pick a reason if you like, then press and hold the red SİLMEK İÇİN BASILI TUT (press and hold to delete) button for 2 seconds.
- If your account is linked to Google or Play Games, the game asks you to verify once more (GOOGLE İLE DOĞRULA); after you choose your account the deletion continues by itself.
- The waiting screen counts the 14 days. If you change your mind, tap VAZGEÇ (cancel).
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted
- Your account and sign-in record (including the user record at the sign-in provider).
- Your driver plate, garage, cars and cosmetics.
- Your league, ranking, season, mission and race records; the race proofs you sent.
- Your identity in purchase records and the provider receipt (except the legal record below).
- Your identity in wallet movements: a random code is written in its place, and it cannot be matched to you.
- Your practice records and personal ghost lines on your phone: they are cleared the first time you open the game after the deletion finishes.
Kept
- The legal purchase record: order number, product, amount and date. It carries no name or account id, but the order number can be matched to your purchase in Google's records. It is kept for 5 years after the end of the year of the purchase, then deleted.
- The record of the deletion: the time of your request and of the deletion, and a digest code of your account id. The law requires keeping it for at least 3 years.
- Your rivals' records: duel results are also your rival's record. Your line there shows as “SİLİNMİŞ SÜRÜCÜ” (deleted driver).
- Support and report records: the support messages you wrote to us and the player reports (ones you filed and ones filed about you) stay for at most 1 year(s), with a random code in place of your account id.
- Backups: database backups drop out by themselves when their retention ends, at most 30 days.
If you cannot reach the game
If your account is linked to Google, delete it above: you do not need your phone. A guest account's identity lives only on your phone, so it cannot be checked on this page. If you lost your phone or deleted the game, write to us; if we can verify that the account is yours, we start the deletion request. We do not delete an account we cannot verify, so that nobody can delete yours. A guest account that is not used at all is deleted by the server by itself after 12 months.
In the e-mail, give your driver plate and roughly when you last played. Do not write a password or a sign-in code. We answer within 30 days.
